A small number of trusted tools help us run the business, such as the service that delivers our website form submissions to us and, if you use a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta. These tools only handle your information so that we can receive it and respond to you.

If you fill out one of our instant forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your answers and shares them with us so we can contact you about your request. Information you provide on those platforms is also covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage your service, and for basic business records after that.
